At Willow Wick, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If our product does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from date of receipt.
To qualify for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, including perishable products, intimate items, and sale goods.
We will gladly replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make a return please email us at [email protected] and we can assist in making arrangements for the return of the product. Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. If the product is not deemed to be defective shipping costs are for the buyers account.
Once the credit has been approved please indicate whether you would prefer a replacement product or a credit. If you would prefer to have the product credited please provide us with your banking details, proof of payment will be provided once complete.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned item has been received. The return of said products (if not defective) will be at the buyers expense.
If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
